Current Project Appointments

Tidworth, Wiltshire - New Civic Centre & Police CPT - £7M

This new £7M facility will provide administrative and community facilities for Tidworth Town Council as well as a new adjoining CPT facility for Wiltshire Police. This will create a multipurpose building for the Council and local community that delivers economic and social benefits for the local area. SWPM have assisted Tidworth Town Council from the very inception of the project assisting with the business case, funding allocation, feasibility, assembling the project team, procurement and delivery. The project is now on site and construction well advanced, with the centre due to open in October 2023. It is an excellent example of how a relatively small organisation have been able to mobilise their resources, successfully partner and realise their vision.

Bristol Airport – New Solar Array - £2.2M

In support of Bristol Airport’s Emissions and Climate Change Action Plan and a public commitment to produce 25% of its total energy use from onsite renewables by 2025, Bristol Airport have appointed SWPM to Project manage the installation of three large (floor mounted) solar PV arrays on areas of land adjacent to the Fire Station, and a roof mounted array on top of the Snow Base. The project will produce vital benefits for the airport, reducing standard electricity costs and providing a clear, visible evidence of a commitment to delivering its sustainability targets. We are currently on site with enabling works completed and delivery planned for Summer 2023 as per programme

Longleat House – Refurbishment of Private Accommodation

In 2022 SWPM were appointed by Lord and Lady Bath to oversee the refurbishment of the private side of Longleat House. The project, which is ongoing, involved the redecoration and restoration of a significant number of rooms across three floors of the House including a new kitchen and gymnasium. As a Grade 1 listed building this required the engagement of specialist trades throughout to ensure compliance with English Heritage standards
