SWPM is an independent project management consultancy led by Tim Goodman

Based in Warminster, Wiltshire, near Bath & Salisbury, Tim brings over 25 years’ experience of delivering a diverse portfolio of construction & refurbishment projects across the built environment. Bringing this expertise to the South West of England through SWPM, Tim is focused on supporting his clients to deliver their projects across the region. In complex and simple environments, from feasibility to handover, Tim can assist with the delivery of projects across a breadth of sectors, for varied clients and stakeholders.

Having recently delivered several projects for the Longleat Estate, SWPM are also overseeing the refurbishment of Longleat House. They are also leading the delivery of a new £7.1M civic centre facility for Tidworth Town Council & Wiltshire Police, and have recently been instructed to oversee a number of projects for Bristol Airport, including a solar farm on the South side of the runway, and code C aircraft stands on the Eastern apron. Recently, SWPM also delivered all civils elements for Linmere, a new 5,000 unit housing development , as well as a new £8.4M Leisure Centre in Pewsey. In addition to this, and since establishing SWPM, Tim has delivered over £35M worth of Capital Projects for Wiltshire Council, including the stunning new Melksham Oakfields Stadium for the Town’s rugby and football clubs.

SWPM has a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. These have included, sports stadia, airport infrastructure, civils, corporate office, heritage, retail, medical, education, leisure, and industrial, on time on budget.
